Veracity PR is a full-service marketing, promotion and public relations firm.
Founded in 1997 by Drew Kondylas to support non-profit organizations in Philadelphia, we now
specialize in combining radio, digital media, and event-based promotion to accelerate
our clients' brand awareness and reach.
As a small, privately-owned firm, we are able to move quickly
and give our clients the attention they deserve while still intently focusing directly on each
organization's specific needs.
We have experience in corporate communications,
broadcast radio, media management, public relations, corporate promotion, business
development, event planning, sponsorship management, non-profit support, production,
branding, and more.
How We Work
Client Selection: With over 4,000 non-profit organizations and countless businesses in the
Philadelphia region, each must fight to differentiate itself. We strive
to work with the most innovative and the most needy organizations.
Research and Discovery: Once a new client has been selected, a meeting is scheduled to gather information
about an organization. This client needs analysis meeting is used to set
goals and objectives and to determine and finalize the Plan of Action.
Plan of Action: We create a statement of what we will do, when it will be done, and how
it will be accomplished. This step guides the rest of the process and includes
a list of client services, an assessment and a plan for the organizations
image and branding, and an outline for a persuasive campaign.
Our Mission
Our primary mission is to deliver directed and effective professional public
relations and communications services to corporate clients and non-profit
organizations.
We will also strive to improve the public relations climate for each and
every client. An improved climate will allow each organization to communicate
with, and be recognized by, their publics.
In the end, the development of effective public relations coupled with modification
of the climate in which the organization operates will allow successful
business and additional opportunities.
Here are some of the non-profit organizations our employees support:
- ALS Association, Greater Philadelphia Chapter
- American Red Cross
- Boy Scouts of America
- Big Brothers Big Sisters, Southeastern Pennsylvania
- Presidential Classroom
Our Values
We believe that countless things come together to form the stream of life,
each no more important or less significant than another. We cannot forget
that this stream is shaped with each and every action, and that every impression
upon the world ultimately leaves its mark.
We believe that public relations and communications are necessary and imperative
for all business organizations. They provide services that otherwise would
be unavailable while their influence can drastically affect the manner in
which we live.
We believe that no organization should be denied access to these services
for any reason. This is singularly the most important driving force behind
our mission.
We believe that the combination of versatile intelligence, immersion of
one's heart and soul into every endeavor, and striving to always honor the
highest values and ethics in life will produce the best results. To strive
for anything less than the best is unacceptable.
A Persuasive Campaign
The Four Phases of a Complete Persuasive Campaign:
Awareness: This is the initial stage of a Persuasive Campaign.
The goal of this step is to introduce (or re-introduce) your message to
the public.
Readiness: The attitudes, feelings, and beliefs of an
individual play an important role in how that person will react to any marketing
campaign. This stage targets specific groups of people and attempts to influence
them and make them more willing to act.
Triggering Event: This stage introduces stimuli to cause the
public take specific action. It must be carefully matched with the first
two stages.
Behavior Modification: At this stage, a new motivation for people
to take action has been created. Once that action is taken, the campaign
becomes successful but is not complete. The entire process must be evaluated
and modified as necessary.
